Panty fit well except waistband elastic is quite tight compared to the size. I’ve got a little bit of meat on my butt and around my middle. A little bit bigger elastic would’ve helped.

I am NOT going to take a photo being 70 years old but I will say that I had an opportunity to have these panties tested recently and I was amazed that a coughing fit resulted in a wet spot only on the inside of the garment and not on the dress pants I was wearing. If you have any sort of issue...mild or not...you are going to need these in your underwear drawer. I bypass all my others for these now. Glad I bought two bundles. Sharon

It's interesting to have moisture on the inside of he panty but not on the outside of it, therefore no moisture on clothing. Hmmm I wonder how that silver fabric in the crotch area manages that? It really does work though and they are very comfortable panties to wear. Sharon

I love the fit and feel of these panties.
I have been disappointed with the absorbency. For minor leaks they are awesome but if I have a coughing spell the urine pools in panties and spills when removing or it runs down your legs before changing.
So, if you are looking for a small protection they are great but if you cough or sneeze then forget it.

These products have changed my life. I had a difficult delivery 40 years ago leaving pelvic floor damage. A 7 hour pelvic reconstruction didn’t help much but this product is amazing. I wear them day and night over my disposable continence underwear.

These are great. Just wish they'd stop calling them "high waisted". They are not (thankfully) high waisted. I kept seeing the photos showing the belly-button, and they are indeed below the belly-button, at a comfortable hip-height. It seems people have forgotten where the true "waist" is. So for you oldies who need protection, this are more a hip-hugger that cover your entire tush, but do not come to the waist. They do fit very snug so I'd go up a size or 2 for sure.

These panties are great! Wearing them is like wearing really nice underwear. No bulky pads that are hard to walk with between your legs. Very discreet with beautiful colors. Perfect to wear when you are out and about as well as at home. Highly recommend them to anyone with moderate or mild urinary leakage problems, especially older women who may feel very self conscious about that problem that seems to affect most of us as we grow into our "senior" years.

I got the 9pc leak proof panties X-Large when they came I said too thin hmmm!! It’ll never work ,so I got. A cup of water to prove I was right and poured it in the lining and it held up so beautifully and the outside lining was dry I was so happy it did what the advertiment said . Trust this underwear it works! also another good thing about this underwear people with urostomy bags get the extra large underwear put the back to the front it will cover the bag and protect you from leaks and you also have full coverage and you save money from getting expensive stealth clothing and youhave extra confidence

I like the high waist design. They fit comfortably in the waist but are a bit tight on the legs. They work great for small to medium flow but do not work for gushes. They leaked through to the underside around the leg holes. They do dry quickly though.
