As a woman of a certain age, things do start to go south physically. I refused to wear the "disposables" they gave me in rehab after my broken leg... 1. uncomfortable 2. noisy 3. filling up landfills! Someone suggested "period panties" that look like "normal" panties but keep your normal cycle your own business. I am well-past worrying about menstrual blood, but that occasional dribble or more that sneaks up on one is a worry for people out in public. I love these... they look like regular panties, not that anyone but me sees them, but they fit, they aren't noisy and I could put them in with my regular laundry to reuse. Awesome!!

The panties work very well for medium leakage. Towards late afternoon you have to change because they get damp, but even then urine does not get on your clothes. Much better than pads.

I normally take an XL but based on the size chart, I would take a 3X in this underwear. Unfortunatly they run small. I should have ordered the 4x. I can wear these altho they are snug in the keg and don't come to my waist however it's so freeing not to be wearing paper incontinence underwear. I'm ordering more, just larger.
